SHIPPING POLICY
The shipping carriers we offer are FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 2 pm (EST) should be processed to ship by the day’s end. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday.

- Via USPS, including Alaska and Hawaii: expect 1–5 business days.
- Delivery to PO BOXES is exclusive to USPS.

REFUND POLICY
Refund requests must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests after 14 days may not be accepted. Eligible returns must be:
- Unused
- Resaleable
- In the original packaging
- with Proof of purchase
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bombshellwax.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items will be refunded at sale price.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you simply want to exchange for the same item, please contact us with your order number:

Returning Details
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 86 Skin, 400 West Cummings Park, Suite 1275, Woburn, MA 01801, United States
You will be responsible for covering shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tractable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to cover your cost for Lost or Damaged returns.
